There is a standard 10 day return policy. Please call within 72 hours and we will advise what procedures to follow. All items returned must be unused and in the original cartons. Items sent incorrectly by Warehouse or CSR, a call tag sticker will be mailed to you for merchandise return and no restock fee will be charged. Normal stocked items ordered incorrectly by customer will have a 20% restock fee. You will receive credit, for merchandise only, once items are received back in condition stated. No return is available on custom orders. Manufacturers restocks will apply on all special ordered items and credits will only be issued when received in house.
**Please Note: Always inspect packages when received and note any issues with the driver or refuse package if in doubt. always return merchandise by a carrier that will provide you with tracking numbers. You may want to consider adding additional insurance on your returns to cover refused damaged goods. Please keep tracking numbers until credit is received.
